Directions: Wet skin before applying this product. Grab a generous amount and apply directly to your skin while scrubbing gently but firmly. Scrub in circular motions all over your body (excluding face and lip) and rinse/wash directly after.

These results were more rapid for me and being an individual with alopecia the importance of hot oil massages and feeding the new growth as it comes in is important.
