A: Yes! Our hair growth products are designed and dedicated with all hair types and textures in mind. The only product that is geared toward textured hair is our Shay Butter Baby Hair Growth Butter. This particular product is heavier on the hair and may cause straight or wavy hair to be weighed down. However, you can still use the product if you have straight or wavy hair.

Q: How long before I see results with your hair growth products?

A: Growth depends on a lot of things. Consistency being the main one. With consistent use, 95% of our customers see results in less than 14 days!

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my products?

A: Our processing time is 5-7 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. Processing time is the amount of time it will take for us to prepare your order. After your order has been processed, then it will be shipped and shipping time is determined and chosen by you! First Class usually takes 3-5 days with Priority taking only about 1-2 days! Priority shipping does not expedite the processing stage.

Q: Are your products handmade?

A: Yes! All of our products are handmade with quality ingredients. They're also cruelty and chemical free, vegan, and made with love!

Q: Do you test products on animals?

A: No! Our products are not tested on animals.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: We do offer refunds unless your order has been shipped! Generally, you will have about 12-24 hours after purchase to cancel your order. Due to the hygienic nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
