Shipping & Return Policy
Refund Policy:
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, please call or email immediately since our shipping time is often times faster than 3 business days. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Process:

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For wholesale orders, processing may take 7-10 business days.

Shipping Time: After processing, orders will be shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. We process and prepare your order within the listed time frames before shipping it out.
Return Policy:
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final.
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us immediately at support@themaneattraction.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Invalid Addresses:
We are not responsible for invalid or incorrect addresses, and we cannot be held liable for items delivered to the wrong address. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately before your order is printed or shipped, and we will correct it at no extra charge.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address. If the address is invalid, you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card sent to the email address we have on file. Please note that, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on shipped items.
Filing A Claim:
Any claims for damaged, missing, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address :
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
