this product is okay. I just wish there was more in the bottle and that it would leave your hair shiny. but for the most part it does okay. I haven't noticed any new growth and I've been doing this program for about a month now. I also have the oil and the mist and the leave-in conditioner. so one thing I can say is that it makes your hair feel good but as far as any type of growth or anything like that like I said I have not noticed
