The Mane Attraction’s Length Check T-Shirt is a fun yet effective way to track your hair growth journey! This shirt is designed to track all length from shoulder to waist length.

To properly measure growth, ensure that your hair is ideally in the same state each time (straight, curly, blow dried, etc). If your hair is curly, stretch the curl as far as possible so that you can see what number your hair falls on (if you prefer to measure it fully in the curly state, feel free to do that instead). Repeat monthly or quarterly for best results and take a picture to track the growth!
