If you want results I’d say get the bigger bottle but if you are just trying this out it’s a perfect size and easy for travel. The extra strength works more rapidly than the original. Make sure to feed your hair (deep conditioning mask) each wash & re-braid day. Also do HOT OIL MASSAGES! Words can’t express how grateful I am after years of getting word there was no cure for alopecia.. this oil is the cure! My goal is to reach individuals who have lost hope.
