My hair was super short and I’ve been using this product for 2-3 weeks and I noticed a difference in growth. I can get singles now… I am impressed with how fast my hair is growing. If you really want to see hair growth this is definitely the product you want to try.

This is a really good guide to an healthy hair journey. I think it really depends on you hair type and texture and how often it needs to be washed based upon the wash days on the calendar. Other than that its a good guide.

This is okay I didn’t read so I found out it was a ebook after purchased. Would loved it if it was a paperback but other then that the information is useful
