This hairline, made my hair dry infertile. After every wash it got worse. I have beautiful hair now my hair feels damaged very dry, itchy scalp and my hair is breaking off.

This is a really good guide to an healthy hair journey. I think it really depends on you hair type and texture and how often it needs to be washed based upon the wash days on the calendar. Other than that its a good guide.

This is okay I didn’t read so I found out it was a ebook after purchased. Would loved it if it was a paperback but other then that the information is useful
