never received order

i ordered on sept 10th at least 6 products. only got an update with a tracking number for shipping that ups never received. sent email questioning where my order was, only received an email stating they moving to a new building, here's a lifetime 10% discount and my order will be shipped on oct 2. still haven't received an update or tracking information. i wanted to honestly give these products a try but everything fell short and i will never order again.
