To properly measure growth, ensure that your hair is ideally in the same state each time (straight, curly, blow dried, etc). If your hair is curly, stretch the curl as far as possible so that you can see what number your hair falls on (if you prefer to measure it fully in the curly state, feel free to do that instead). Repeat monthly or quarterly for best results and take a picture to track the growth!
